At the checkout you can;
- Decide which method of payment, Credit card, Debit card or PayPal account.
- Option to change the delivery address.
- Option to tell us of any special instruction for the delivery.
- For international sales we do require a telephone number and email address.
Confirmation of order;
- Acosy Bumpers will send you an email thanking you for your purchase.
- Payments made via a credit card or debit card will receive email confirmation.
- Payments made through PayPal will receive an email from PayPal in addition to an
- email from Acosy Bumpers.
We will notify you of any likely delays to our normal shipment times.
All orders received before 1 pm Monday – Friday will be processed and despatched that day. Standard Delivery is between 2 – 4 working days.
All orders received after 1 pm will be despatched the next day.
Please allow extra time for delivery if ordering around a Bank Holiday.

Following our normal online ordering procedure, at the checkout you will be asked to choose your shipping country from the drop down menu. The postage cost will at this point be calculated. Continue to follow the checkout instructions making sure you have entered a telephone number and email address.
Please note that all Little bed and Big bed bumpers (100cms length) will be shipped in 50cm lengths
due to shipping weights and restrictions.
Ordering over the phone for delivery
Just call 0118 324 2012 between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm, Monday – Sunday.
We will process your order and take your payment details. Card payments will be processed using a safe and secure payment terminal, we will send a text message of payment authorisation and your receipt will be sent with your goods.
Collection in person
You are very welcome to collect your goods in person from our warehouse. We will be more than happy to answer any questions and show you our products before you purchase them.
You will need to call us Monday – Friday between 10 am – 2pm on 0118 324 2012 or 07720637342 to book a time to visit.
Cancelling or amending my order
If you have placed an order and paid for your goods but then decide to cancel, notification must be sent to us ASAP via email email@example.com or text to 077206 37342. Depending on the status of your order we will do our best to action this quickly if you have been unable to cancel this yourself. If your order has not been shipped we will transact a full refund. If your order has been shipped please read our returns policy in customer services information.
Amendments to your original order must be sent to us ASAP either email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone or text 077206 37342 so that it gives us the best possible opportunity change your order before it has been processed.
We aim to answered all enquires within 1 working day.
